Patch file containing the changes.

WcfExtension is a .Net 3.5 project, so I haven't added it to the build process - I'm not sure what would be the best approach for it?

Please ignore the original patch file (Extensions+WCF.patch) as I can't figure out how to delete it.

This patch contains just the WCF extensions (server extension plus CCTray custom protocol).
